Clean, good value hotel, the location was UNBEATABLE right by the hospital, nice restaurants and Nashville. Efficient, outstanding staff towards all guests.
No complaint, I loved my stay and would return there. Extremely polite staff made my stay fairly nice and the location was perfect. I slept so comfy in the good bed. Clean place and TERRIFIC service.
Liked staff and location, exceptionally comfortable beds, the hotel itself was fairly clean. Positioned in the great area, short walk to nice restaurants, downtown and most major attractions-short car/uber/bus ride.
Appropriate staff, generous-sized and long room, decent location. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. Modern lobby. In addition, free Wi-Fi in public areas worked flawlessly. The hotel was enchanting, but I stayed for 1 night only.
It was as expected, had a very nice stay. The room was uniquely decorated and had a great view of the city. That was upscale hotel set in central area. Food in the good restaurant was local...

The hotel was modern with unique rooms and I loved best staff. Central location. Besides, the area was pretty quiet, next to exit in. Excellent restaurant only a short distance to the property. Efficient check in and in general great service.
